I just realized a year from this fall, when I apply for the “big schools”, I am eligible for admission into UCLA and UC Irvine.

@ursulaalberto: Getting in shape is ALL MENTAL! Your mind will give up before your body does! When you are lifting weights don’t just pick up the weight and do the movement. Think about the muscle you are working and focus on SQUEEZING that muscle. Proper form is everything. Your mind has to connect with your body. It’s not about how much weight your lift. It’s about focusing on the muscles that are working and squeezing them and controlling all movements! Happy Friday ☀

Anonymous: Haha, I totally get you with the HIIT - I did it 2-1 up to 10k this morning and pilates and I can barely keep my eyes open, I'll be needing my rest day tomorrow!

But then when it’s rest day all I can think is: I NEED THE GYM. CAN I EXERCISE YET? WHAT IS THIS RELAXING NONSENSE
